Are you an Aspiring Superhero?
Apply to join our 2024-25 Community leadership Program. This 10-month program starts September, 2024 and graduates in June, 2025. Our cohort meets one Friday morning per month. Optional small group workshops and free networking events are available to all participants as well as one-on-one executive coaching.
We focus on helping people triangulate their own values, strengths and passions to find their purpose in service to their communities. We believe that everyone has a superpower - and we work together to find out what those powers are, and how to use them!
Applicants usually are mid-career professionals or people considering making the leap from one chapter of their lives to the next. The application requests: contact information, information about current professional pursuits, answers to a few short essay questions, a resume and a letter of recommendation.
